In all capitals, and with no editing to the format.

PERSONALITY: (must be at least 3 paragraphs long)

REASON FOR NAME: (why were they given that name? this is to help us distinguish between what names are acceptable, and what names should be declined)

FAMILY: (list all their family here)

HISTORY: (at least one paragraph for each past rank until you get to your cat's current rank; ie. if they're a warrior, then one paragraph for kit, one paragraph for apprentice, and one paragraph for warrior, and so on and so forth)
